International Motors USA, at its San Antonio plant, is hiring a Logistics Analyst for a night shift (Mon–Thu, 5:30 PM–4:00 AM) starting early 2027. The role focuses on data analysis for upcoming products, forecast-driven layout design, and Lean material flow deployment across supply chain and production.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; no experience necessary OR
At least 2 years of supply chain or manufacturing experience
Legal authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

Own data analysis for upcoming products
Definition of forecast-driven presentation types
Develop and maintain layouts for Supply Chain areas
Set up new parts in the system
Establish and maintain standard work instructions for materials team
Deploy Lean Material Flow strategies at plant and warehouse
Support Line Feeding and Factory Feeding teams
Troubleshoot daily operational deviations
Coordinate Cross-Functional Projects & Activities
