Job summary

International Motors in San Antonio seeks a Logistics Analyst to support day-to-day supply chain and production initiatives. The role involves data analysis for upcoming products, forecast-based presentation planning, and developing layouts for supply chain areas.

Night shift will commence in early 2027 with a 10% differential. Qualified candidates should have a bachelor's degree, 2+ years in supply chain or manufacturing, and experience with Lean, ERP, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; no experience or at least 2 years in supply chain/manufacturing allowed.
• Experience with Lean principles and ERP systems is preferred.
• Strong data analysis, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own data analysis for upcoming products and forecast-based presentations.
• Develop layouts for supply chain areas and set up new parts in the system.
• Create and maintain standard work instructions for materials teams.
• Deploy Lean material flow strategies in plant and warehouse.
• Support Line Feeding and Factory Feeding teams and troubleshoot deviations.
