Job summary

Smithfield Foods is seeking a Senior Integrated Business Planning Analyst to lead the design, testing, rollout and performance monitoring of supply chain systems and interfaces. The role focuses on integrated planning across MPS, DRP and deployment planning with emphasis on user adoption and data quality.

You will act as a super user for supply planning and partner with manufacturing and demand planning teams to develop dashboards and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university and 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination.
• SAP experience (SD/PP/MM) or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP & Supply Chain SAAS.
• Anaplan experience is preferred.
• SQL and/or Python experience preferred.
• PlanIQ and/ or Machine Learning/Data Science preferred.
• Experience with consumer-packaged goods industry preferred.
• Knowledge of consumer goods production, operations and industry practices.

Responsibilities

• Develops & executes testing of system upgrades, equipment changes or new implementations of systems to confirm requirements have been successfully solutioned.
• Ensures all system-specific mapping and product coding is maintained and current.
• Develop and support business and operation processing algorithms.
• Updates business users on new functionality design & rollout of systems and tools.
• Monitors and supports as Super User to the following functions: Supply Planning, Manufacturing Planning & Demand Planning
