Thomas Foods International, USA in Swedesboro, NJ is seeking a Logistics Administrator Representative to lead warehouse logistics operations, coordinating inbound deliveries and customer pickups while aligning with the Logistics Supervisor. Responsibilities

• Scheduling of all inbound deliveries & customer order pick ups
• Communicate directly with all drivers arriving at Lakeside
• Ensure all inbound paperwork is signed & filed accordingly
• Ensure all outbound BOL’s are signed & filed accordingly
• Prepare all special labels, customer placards, etc. for orders & ensure warehouse staff apply to product as requested by customer
• Daily interactions with warehouse management and staff
• Input all outbound customer orders, ensuring accuracy & product availability
• Input & follow up on completion of all customer inbound deliveries
• Act as liaison between Lakeside and customer in reporting any concerns or discrepancies with inbound deliveries and / or customer orders
• Process BOL’s & weight sheets for all outbound orders, email final copies to customer
• Any additional tasks within scope and ability as requested

About the Job

Reporting directly to the Logistics Supervisor, the Logistics Administrator Representative role is a high‑visibility, high‑impact leadership role within the Warehouse Department at TFI USA.

Duties & Responsibilities

Requirements/Education/Experience/Skills)

• High school diploma
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics is preferred

Skills & Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of food manufacturing
• Experience within logistics
• Must have a high sense of urgency / bias for action
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills
• Bi-linguage English/Spanish strongly preferred

Salary/Compensation Range:

$47,840 - $56,160 annually

This range represents the expected base salary rate for this position. Actual compensation will depend on experience, skills, and other factors. This role is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
