Job summary

Thomas Foods International, USA is seeking an ERP Systems Analyst II to optimize enterprise applications across NetSuite, WMS, TMS, and analytics platforms. You will lead integrations, reporting, and automation, bridging business needs with scalable technical solutions.

You’ll collaborate with finance, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to improve data accuracy, efficiency, and decision-making while developing and supporting custom applications and AI-infused workflows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting and optimizing ERP and enterprise applications, including advanced knowledge of NetSuite, WMS, TMS, analytics platforms, and related business systems.
  • Experience translating business requirements into technology solutions through process analysis, system configuration, customization, automation, and continuous improvement.
  • Technical expertise in integrations, APIs, REST services, JSON, SQL, relational databases, reporting, and data validation.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with users in finance, sales, supply chain, inventory, procurement, manufacturing, warehouse operations, and transportation to understand workflows, document pain points and identify opportunities for improvement, and translate business needs into clear technical requirements and scalable solution designs.
  • Identify practical opportunities for automation, system integration, and AI-assisted workflows, with an emphasis on reducing cycle time, improving accuracy, and increasing responsiveness to the business.
  • Evaluate proposed changes for business impact, feasibility, scalability, and long-term supportability, providing expert recommendations on solution approach, risks, and expected business outcomes.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted technical advisor for assigned business applications, processes, and system functionality.
  • Design, develop, test, implement, and support scripts, workflows, integrations, reports, dashboards, and business applications that improve operational efficiency, data accuracy, and business processes.
  • Design, implement, and support NetSuite customizations and integrations across ERP, WMS, TMS, NSAW, and related business applications to improve system functionality and business processes, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, development standards, and long-term business needs.
  • Design and develop the company's future YMS and other internally developed solutions using reusable, maintainable, and secure development practices.
  • Research, prototype, and implement approved AI use cases such as developer assistance, requirements interpretation, document and data extraction, intelligent search, exception identification, support triage, and workflow automation.

About the Job

Reporting directly to the Manager of Applications and Analytics, the ERP Systems Analyst II is responsible for optimizing, integrating, and advancing the enterprise applications that support Thomas Foods International USA's operations. This role serves as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technology solutions, leveraging expertise in NetSuite ERP, WMS, TMS, analytics platforms, and emerging applications to improve operational efficiency, data accuracy, automation, and business decision‑making. As a trusted technical advisor, you will independently lead complex system enhancements, integrations, customizations, reporting solutions, and process improvement initiatives across multiple business functions.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Integrate approved AI tools and models with enterprise systems through secure APIs and governed data flows while protecting confidential company, customer, vendor, and employee information.
  • Evaluate AI-enabled solutions for accuracy, security, privacy, auditability, business value, and appropriate human review; clearly document benefits, limitations, and expected outcomes, and provide recommendations regarding adoption, scalability, and ongoing governance.
  • Use SQL, SuiteAnalytics, NSAW, logs, and system data to investigate issues, validate results, support reporting, and help maintain data accuracy and integrity across integrated systems, while identifying trends, root causes, and opportunities for process and system optimization.
  • Create and execute test plans, validate changes in non-production environments, assist with user acceptance testing, monitor deployments, troubleshoot issues, and ensure solution quality and minimal business disruption.
  • Maintain clear technical documentation, process notes, test evidence, and user instructions; explain technical concepts in a practical manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Manage assigned tasks to agreed priorities and timelines, demonstrate completed work, incorporate feedback, while independently leading initiatives, driving accountability, and ensuring successful delivery of technical solutions.
  • Maintains regular and reliable attendance in accordance with company policy.

Requirements/Education/Experience/Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • NetSuite certification(s) preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting and optimizing ERP and enterprise applications, including advanced knowledge of NetSuite, WMS, TMS, analytics platforms, and related business systems.
  • Experience translating business requirements into technology solutions through process analysis, system configuration, customization, automation, and continuous improvement.
  • Technical expertise in integrations, APIs, REST services, JSON, SQL, relational databases, reporting, and data validation.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and support system enhancements, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Ability to handle confidential business data appropriately and follow security, testing, documentation, change management, and deployment standards.
  • Communicates clearly and effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments, both verbally and in writing, while demonstrating strong leadership skills and the ability to positively influence others.
  • Advanced ability to diagnose problems and implement effective solutions.

Salary/Compensation Range: $80,000-$110,000 annually

This range represents the expected base salary rate for this position. Actual compensation will depend on experience, skills, and other factors. This role is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
