Job summary

MIRATECH Corporation in Houston is seeking a Production Assistant to provide production and administrative support at our Houston facility. You will verify shipping documents, monitor freight status, and enter tracking data in our ERP system while supporting the Shipping Department and Logistics Manager.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong detail orientation, and proficient MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Detail oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience as a production assistant is preferred.
• ERP experience; Syspro experience desired.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Verify shipping papers, bills of lading, packing lists, and commercial invoices.
• Tracking / Monitor freight status on order.
• Enter Tracking information and Documents in ERP system.
• Answer Sales team emails and customer inquiries about shipments.
• Assist the Shipping Department & The Logistics Manager
