Job summary

MIRATECH Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in Westside, Texas to support safe, accurate, and efficient warehouse operations. You will handle inventory, shipments, catalyst element cleaning/testing, and coordinate with the sales team to fulfill orders on time.

Responsibilities include forklift operation, loading/unloading trucks, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a clean, safe workspace. Prior warehouse experience and forklift certification are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience and certification preferred.
• Experience with inventory control and warehouse procedures.
• Ability to safely prepare and secure freight for shipment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with sales and operations.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks.
• Receive, organize, store, and manage warehouse inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist with counts.
• Wash, clean, and test catalyst elements according to procedures.
• Prepare, package, secure, and label pallets for shipments.
• Inspect outgoing shipments for proper packaging and protection.
• Coordinate with sales on orders, deliveries, and priorities.
• Stage materials for scheduled customer deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Ensure tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
• Follow safety procedures and report unsafe conditions.
• Assist with documentation and records as required.
• Perform other warehouse and operational duties as assigned.
