Performance Team in Redlands, CA seeks an Account Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse, transportation, and distribution activities for assigned customers. You will coordinate shipments, scheduling, billing, and required documentation while addressing operational issues and customer concerns.

The ideal candidate has experience in supply chain or distribution, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous experience in supply chain, transportation, or distribution required.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with management staff, employees, and service providers.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and proven experience in relationship management through business change and growth.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Extremely proficient with MS Office programs and strong overall system skills (YMS, TMS, WMS).

Responsabilités

• Serve as the key point of contact with the customer.
• Coordinate billing and scheduling and ensure shipment accuracy.
• Prepare daily and monthly KPI reports.
• Train new office associates.
• Manage shipments and documentation and address operational issues.
