Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide general support for assigned customer accounts.
• Follow customer-specific SOPs to ensure service quality.
• Assist with tracking and tracing shipments.
• Create and manage shipments in the TMS.
• Support daily operations to ensure shipment accuracy.
• Work closely with Account Executives to meet account needs.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
