Provide general support for assigned customer accounts.
Follow customer-specific SOPs to ensure service quality.
Assist with tracking and tracing shipments.
Create and manage shipments in the TMS.
Support daily operations to ensure shipment accuracy.
Work closely with Account Executives to meet account needs.
Collaborate with team members to resolve issues.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
