Qualifications

• Drayage/port experience is a plus.

• Strong communication and collaboration with customers and carriers.
• Customer service or operational experience in transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of freight, from booking to delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and carrier partners.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers to ensure transparency.
• Monitor and resolve shipment issues in real time.
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound communication.
• Provide regular reporting and insights on account performance.
• Oversee carrier portfolio, ensuring safety, service, and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve service levels and reduce costs.
