Job summary

Larkin Express Logistics in Signal Mountain, Tennessee is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our growing 3PL team. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, managing day-to-day accounts, and driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

You will coordinate with internal operations to ensure freight moves smoothly, provide timely updates, and resolve service issues with urgency and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Freight brokerage or 3PL experience is preferred.
• Previous experience in account management, customer service, logistics, transportation, or sales is a plus.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, organized, and responsive approach to customer service.
