Qualifications

2+ years of proven experience as a Freight Broker with an active book of business.
Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Experience using load boards, TMS platforms, and freight-matching tools.
Highly organized, self-driven, and results-oriented.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

Manage and expand an existing book of business with shippers and carriers.
Build and maintain long-term relationships within your customer and carrier networks.
Source, negotiate, and secure freight opportunities daily.
Schedule and coordinate pickup and delivery appointments.
Monitor active loads and proactively communicate updates.
