Job summary

BEST Cartage is seeking an Account Manager for Fleet Operations to build trusted customer relationships and oversee a portfolio of accounts. You will work with Operations and the sales team to uncover opportunities and ensure on-time service and customer satisfaction.

You will also manage driver coordination, dispatch, and performance, liaising with maintenance and shop teams to keep equipment in service and resolve issues quickly. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in transportation, supply chain, or logistics preferred.
• Proactive, results-driven with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to mentor associates and adapt to a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships; provide excellent service and support.
• Manage several accounts and be the face of the company to customers; ensure timely delivery per customer needs.
