Beemac Logistics is seeking ambitious sales professionals to build their own book of business in the transportation and logistics sector. You will prospect, develop relationships, and manage accounts as the primary liaison for clients.

Expect a base salary to start with uncapped commissions, high earning potential, and ongoing training. The role emphasizes ownership, performance, and a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment within a leading logistics team.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow your own portfolio of clients in the transportation and logistics industry.
• Prospect and develop new business through calls, emails, and networking.
• Manage relationships as the primary point of contact for customers.
• Use McLeod software and load boards to find carriers and negotiate rates.
• Coordinate and track shipments with operations.
• Drive daily sales activity using phone, email, and messaging tools.
• Utilize AI integration daily for pricing, operations, and load booking.
