Carrier Connex, a growing logistics broker, is seeking a logistics broker to cultivate and manage accounts. You will negotiate rates and contracts with carriers and shippers, and develop strong client relationships across the supply chain.

With an in-house TMS, our team supports your growth. The compensation is 40% of margins, plus full benefits after 90 days and a 90‑day training period. Flexible schedule and strong leadership round out a role with unlimited potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or freight brokerage.
• Experience building and running a book of business.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to research prospects and build value propositions.
• Familiarity with sales software (Excel, TMS, CRM).
• Money-motivated with willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities
