Salary Range: $40,000.00 To $80,000.00 with year over year growth

Experience with sales software and tools. (Excel, TMS, CRM).
Proven experience in logistics, freight brokerage, or a similar role.
Experience building and running a book of business.
Researching prospects and building value props.
Strong negotiation skills.
Willingness to learn and grow.
Money motivated.
Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers and shippers to ensure competitive pricing and service levels.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their logistics needs and providing tailored solutions.
Full understanding of our entire portfolio of supply chain services.
Monitor shipments and resolve any issues that may arise during the transportation process.
Analyze market trends and data to optimize routing and shipping strategies.
Paid 90-day training (If needed)
