Job summary

PetroSea seeks a senior logistics coordinator to oversee transshipment and mobilization/demobilization of equipment, with a focus on international shipments and compliance with customs and marine regulations.

The role coordinates interfaces among procurement, transportation, survey, insurance and warehousing to ensure timely, cost-effective support. You will track shipments from PO to delivery, maintain SHE programs, and ensure adherence to ISO standards, with the possibility of on-site work.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of logistics experience in mining or construction
• Strong understanding of warehouse/inventory control and supply chain management
• Awareness of ERP systems (e.g., Avantis, SAP, JD Edwards) is advantageous
• Familiar with EMS (Environmental Management System) and ISO standards
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Willing to be based on site

Responsibilities

Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained

Education

Bachelor Degree of any Major

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

• Min. 10 years working experiences in dealing with Logistics in Mining or Construction company
• Understanding knowledge of Warehouse and Inventory Control and Supply Chain Management,national Project Supply Chain, PTK007 and international import / export legislation.
• Awareness of ERP system [e.g. Avantis, SAP, or JD Edwards] would be an advantage but are not essential and Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Fully understanding with EMS (Environmental Management System).
• Familiar with Plant and Equipment and able to operate.
• Able to work under high pressure.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
• Willing to be based on Site

Certification

• If candidates do not meet the requirements specified in the Education section, evaluation shall be conducted in accordance with KKNI Level 6.
