Job summary

PetroSea is seeking an engineer with 1–3 years of mechanical discipline experience to monitor and drive safe, compliant execution of project tasks. You will assist supervision in scheduling, drawing/design support, and risk mitigation, ensuring adherence to strict SHE standards and safe work practices.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and possess solid analytical and leadership skills, with good English communication.

Qualifications

• Min. 1–3 years in mechanical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Exercise, direct, and ensure a safe work environment at all times, and ensure all tasks follow safe work practices.
• Develop and follow JSA's for all tasks.
• Assist Supervisor to develop a work schedule including parts, materials, and manpower for MOS plans.
• Assist Supervisor to supervise activities to ensure work is technically correct, safe, and cost-effective.
• Monitor schedule implementation to ensure completion per instructions and schedules.
• Maintain and implement SHE programs and SHE Management System to ensure efficacy and risk mitigation.
• SHE targets: Target Zero LTI and ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SM KP standards compliance.

Assist Mechanical / Piping Supervisor to monitor schedule implementation to ensure all scheduled work is completed in accordance with work instructions and schedules. Schedule compliance

Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained

Certification
