Job summary

PetroSea is looking for a Warehouse Management Officer to manage hydrocarbon storage, fuel, lube and waste on-site, ensuring safe handling in line with corporate procedures.

The role emphasizes SHE compliance, inventory control and collaboration to optimize warehouse operations and service levels for clients. A high school diploma with 1 year in hydrocarbon management is required, with ERP familiarity a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in hydrocarbon management.
• Knowledge of inventory control and supply chain management.
• Familiar with EMS (Environmental Management System) and freight regulations; ERP familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure warehouse, fuel, lube and waste areas conform to SHE corporate procedures, SOPs and official standards.
• Provide guidance to projects to enhance hydrocarbon, waste, warehouse and inventory management efficiency.
• Ensure service levels and issuing to clients meet schedules and targets.
• Maintain fuels and lubricants quality per procedures referring to ASTM or Migas standards; manage stock levels.
• Actively implement SHE programs and responsibilities, including ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP requirements.

Job Summary

• Control and monitor hydrocarbon activities in order to provide support higher service level to operation and others for company in term of hydrocarbon management (fuel, lube and waste ) in proper handling practice to the process which conform to business ethics and company's procedures.

Ensure work warehouse / fuel / lube / waste area performed conforms to Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) Corporate procedures, System Operating Procedure (SOP) Materials Management warehouse and official standards and requirements. Provide advice and guidance to company's project in order to enhance effective and efficient management hydrocarbon, waste, warehouse and inventory. The effectivity and the efficiency of hydrocarbon, waste, warehouse and inventory management are significantly enhanced.

Education

High School Graduate of Any major

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

• min. 1 year experiences in hydrocarbon management.
• Having knowledge of Inventory Control and Supply Chain Management.
• Understand with EMS (Environmental Management System).
• Familiar with Freight Regulation.
• Awareness of ERP Systems (eg. Avantis, SAP, or JD Edwards) would be an advantage but are not essential.
• Excellent communication skills and team work.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage

Certification

• If candidates do not meet the requirements specified in the Education section, evaluation shall be conducted in accordance with KKNI Level 5.
