Job summary

PetroSea is seeking a maintenance engineering professional to assist daily maintenance activities and support development of preventative measures. The role focuses on ensuring safe, technically correct execution of tasks and contributing to long-term equipment availability in mining operations in Kentucky.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's in Engineering and hands-on experience in heavy/mobile maintenance, asset KPI analysis, and maintenance methodology. English fluency is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of heavy/mobile maintenance experience.
• Experience with asset KPI measurement and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of heavy/mobile equipment and maintenance operations.
• Proficiency in repair and maintenance methodologies and analysis.
• Good understanding of mining requirements and production targets.
• English language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist and perform maintenance daily activities to ensure maintenance work instructions are performed correctly and safely.
• Support development of preventative measures for repeat or ongoing failure trends.
• Coordinate weekly/monthly planning and scheduled work orders for maintenance tasks.
• Monitor and communicate maintenance instructions to direct subordinates.
• Prepare and submit timely reporting tasks (work orders, planner submissions, backlog parts).
• Review and analyze plant failures by monitoring trends and flag high-risk equipment.
• Maintain and implement SHE programs and ensure adherence to standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP).

Assist and perform maintenance daily activities to ensure maintenance work instructions are performed technically correct and in a safe efficient manner; and assist in development and preventative measures, for repeat or ongoing failure trends within relevant department areas, to ensure all activities are conform with company's standar and policies.

Responsible for compliance to weekly and monthly planning, including scheduled work orders, relating to all maintenance tasks set out daily / to help achieve long term maintenance plans and high equipment availability. Monitor and communicate all maintenance work instructions to direct subordinates, in a clear and defined manner. Maintenance work instructions are monitored and communicated in a clear and defined manner.

Review and analyse Failures to plant by monitoring trends and report pending equipment failure for correct planning into backlog, advising immediately if equipment is unsafe to operate or high potential of major failure occurring. Failures are successfully corrected and prevented.

Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained

Education

Bachelor's Degree of Engineering

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

• Min. 1 year experiences particularly in Heavy/Mobile maintenance strategy.
• Experienced with Asset Key Performance Indicator, measurement and analysis.
• Excellent knowledge and technical of Heavy/Mobile Equipment and Maintenance operation.
• Strong knowledge and experience of Repair and Maintenance Methodology and Analysis as well as by using kind of tools analysis
• Strong knowledge Cost and Capital Engineering.
• Good understanding of mining requirements and production targets
• Fluent in English, bothspoken and written is an advantage

Certification

• If candidates do not meet the requirements specified in the Education section, evaluation shall be conducted in accordance with KKNI Level 5.
