Job summary

PetroSea is seeking an experienced Senior Supply Chain Leader to direct end-to-end operations for materials, equipment, and consumables across projects and sites. The role oversees procurement-aligned logistics, inventory control, expediting, and vendor coordination to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with HSE standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or Warehouse Management, preferably within Mining, EPC, Energy, or Infrastructure industries.
  • Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Familiar with import/export regulations and project supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate end-to-end supply chain operations to support project and operational requirements.
  • Monitor material flow from supplier delivery point to project/site destination.
  • Ensure availability of critical materials and equipment through effective planning and coordination.
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks that may impact project schedules.
  • Coordinate domestic and international transportation activities.
  • Oversee shipment tracking and delivery performance.
  • Coordinate customs clearance, freight forwarding, and transportation providers where applicable.
  • Supervise warehouse operations to ensure safe and efficient storage of materials.
  • Monitor inventory levels and stock accuracy.
  • Ensure proper material receiving, inspection, storage, issuance, and reconciliation processes.
  • Prevent stock shortages, overstocking, and material obsolescence.
  • Monitor material status and delivery schedules against project requirements.
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Construction, Engineering, and Vendors regarding material readiness and delivery dates.
  • Lead expediting activities to ensure critical materials are delivered according to schedule.
  • Prepare material status reports and identify potential delays.
  • Liaise with Project Management, Construction, Procurement, Vendor, and Logistics providers.
  • Support project teams in resolving supply chain-related issues.
  • Provide regular updates on supply chain performance and material availability.
  • Ensure all supply chain activities comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Implement HSE requirements in warehouse and logistics operations.
  • Support audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively.

Job description

Lead and coordinate end-to-end supply chain operations to ensure timely availability, movement, storage, and distribution of materials, equipment, and consumables required for project and operational activities. Ensure efficient logistics, warehouse, inventory, and material management processes while maintaining compliance with company standards and HSE requirements.

Job Responsibilities
Supply Chain Operations
  • Manage and coordinate overall supply chain activities to support project and operational requirements.

Education

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or Warehouse Management, preferably within Mining, EPC, Energy, or Infrastructure industries.
  • Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, logistics operations, inventory control, contract administration, and supplier management.
  • Familiar with import/export regulations and project supply chain operations.Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, JDE, Oracle, Avantis, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Certification
  • If candidates do not meet the requirements specified in the Education section, evaluation shall be conducted in accordance with KKNI Level 6.
