Job description

As a Logistics Coordinator, you play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of incoming parts and outgoing equipment across our operations. Your work is essential in arranging transportation, preparing required import/export documentation, and supporting shipment execution from start to finish. By staying organized, responsive, and detail oriented in a fast paced environment, you help ensure shipments are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with all requirements. You will report to the Logistics Team Leader.

You will:

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including transportation scheduling and carrier selection.
  • Prepare and manage shipping, import, and export documentation.
  • Track shipments, resolve issues, and communicate updates across teams.
  • Process and maintain shipment data and transactions in SAP.
  • Ensure compliance with customer requirements, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Support continuous improvement by monitoring shipping performance and identifying efficiencies.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs

Position Requirements:
  • High School diploma required; prefer some college course work.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in construction, trade, or other hands‑on logistics background.
  • Ability to pass required drug screening and background check.
  • This is a safety sensitive position; the ability to maintain the appropriate standards is required.

  • Must be able to safely access and traverse indoor and outdoor obstacles for site inspections, including climbing ladders, walking on stairs, catwalks, and other types of uneven surfaces where activity inspections are needed.
