Job summary

Cinter-Networks in Plano, Texas is seeking a Logistic Billing Analyst to manage AR billing, review freight documentation, and support P&L through accurate invoicing.

The ideal candidate has AP/invoicing or logistics experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, strong MS Office skills, and fluent English. This on-site, 1-year contract role offers hourly pay up to $25 DOE and no visa sponsorship. Working hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. A 401(k) match is provided as a benefit.

Qualifications

• Experience in A/P, invoicing, customer service or transportation/logistics related roles.
• Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient with Outlook and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Process customer billing (AR) accurately on or before deadlines as per requirements and policy.
• Manage, analyze & prepare correction forms for billing corrections in access database.
• Review and discuss essential freight documentation that supports charges invoiced and is required for payment.
• Use knowledge of how Billing functions affect P&L.
• Audit carrier freight bills and interpret tariffs and contracts.
• Work with internal technologies required for daily functions.
• Investigate and diagnose potential errors and duplicate carrier billing.
• Perform ad-hoc reporting, as required.
• Perform other job related duties as required.
• Profit/Loss management, planning, forecasting, inspection for revenue/cost/BS account and related reporting.
• All tasks related to your position as requested by company.

Key Responsibilities
