Job summary

Navy Exchange Service Command (NEXCOM) is seeking a Lodging Manager to supervise one or more NHG Lodging facilities, ensuring operations meet NHG guidelines and standards. You will report to an NHG Regional Vice President and drive guest satisfaction while managing budgets and assets.

Responsibilities include coordinating facility maintenance, vendor relations, and service delivery at the installation level, using the PMS and CORE-HMS systems to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Qualifications

• 3 years of administrative/operational experience in lodging or service industries.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, contracts, and facilities management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee DoD lodging operations for TDY/PCS/Leisure guests, ensuring service standards.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs and preventive programs for NHG facilities.
• Manage budgets, cash control, and asset stewardship with NHG HQ.
• Lead staffing, training, and scheduling to ensure staff coverage.
