Eleven Colorado seeks a Lodge Operations Manager to lead and develop the lodge team, ensure exceptional service, and uphold high operational standards across back-of-house and guest-facing duties.

You will oversee inventory, purchasing, vendor relations, and front desk activities while guiding staff through training and SOPs. Strong hospitality operation knowledge is essential for success.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• TIPS certification required.
• Experience in hospitality operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead lodge staff by example and inspire high performance.
• Assist in managing lodge operations and daily staff leadership.
• Communicate professionally with team via in-person, email, text, and phone.
• Collaborate on seasonal training plans with clear duties and expectations.
• Manage vendor relationships and inventory for amenities and F&B.
• Lead monthly inventories and lodge purchasing needs.
• Provide on-site support for front desk operations using Opera and Micros.
• Standardize procedures and maintain the Eleven product knowledge across Colorado.
• Ensure staff complete checklists in EFO and maintain up-to-date records.
• Oversee front desk tasks including check-in, check-out, and guest billing.
• Assist the Experience Team with itinerary building on site.
