Job summary

Eleven Experience in Colorado is seeking an operations professional to oversee lodge operations, guest services, and staff leadership at our Crested Butte property. You will ensure service standards, manage daily operations, and support inventory, training, and vendor relationships.

Travel to other Eleven locations as needed; a valid driver's license and ability to lift 50+ pounds are required. Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience managing lodge or hospitality staff.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Familiar with Opera PMS and Micros POS is a plus.
• CPR/First Aid and TIPS certifications are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead lodge staff by example and inspire the team to deliver at the highest level.
• Assist in daily lodge operations and staff training.
• Manage front desk duties, guest billing, and inventory management.
• Oversee vendor relationships and lodge purchasing needs.
• Support the Eleven product standardization and procedures across Colorado.
• Travel to other Eleven locations as needed.
