Job summary

Eleven Colorado is seeking an on-site Lodge Operations Lead in Crested Butte who will oversee daily operations, staff performance, and guest services to deliver unforgettable experiences.

You will manage front desk activities, inventories, training, and SOPs, while coordinating with vendors and supporting cross-location projects. Travel to other Eleven properties may be required; a valid driver's license and ability to lift 50+ pounds are expected.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• TIPS certification required.
• Hospitality or guest-service background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and inspire lodge staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee front desk operations, guest check-in/out, and guest billing.
• Manage inventories, vendor relationships, and lodge purchasing needs.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures; train staff on systems.
• Support operational projects across the Colorado lodge and travel to other Eleven locations as needed.
