The Lodge Casino, operated by Jacobs Entertainment, Inc., seeks a Guest Services Main Banker in Black Hawk, CO. This role manages cash-intensive cage operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance with gaming rules, and timely documentation. The position supports the gaming floor and reports to the cage supervisor.

Ideal candidates have a strong accounting background, basic computer skills, and English fluency. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with prior cage experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must understand accounting procedures.
• Knowledgeable of Gaming Regulations and ICMPs.
• Familiar with basic computer operations.
• Fluent in English.
• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Previous casino cage experience is preferred.
• Identification that establishes identity and the right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Accurately handle large sums of cash.
• Assist in training new employees.
• Coordinate all cage transactions, complete cage paperwork.
• Maintain Coin Room Inventory and related paperwork.
• Submit daily shift paperwork to Revenue Audit on completion.
• Ensure proper equipment operation and supply inventory.

Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Accurately handle large sums of cash
• Assist in training new employees
• Coordinate all cage transactions, complete all cage paperwork
• Maintains Coin Room Inventory in compliance with Gaming
• Maintains and controls paperwork throughout the shift
• May prepare the daily bank deposit of currency, checks, coin, and other items
• Restocks all other cashier banks with necessary currency and coin
• Maintain familiarity with the internal Company expectations and procedures
• Maintain familiarity with Gaming Regulations and ICMP’s
• Submits daily paperwork from shift to Revenue Audit at completion of shift.
• Verifies or coordinates the verification of hard and soft counts into the Coin Room Inventory
• Assumes the responsibility for the controlling and accounting activity within the Cage
• Ensure proper equipment operation and maintain supply inventory
• Other related duties including but not limited to complying with the following: Colorado Limited Gaming Act, Colorado Gaming Rules and Regulations, Colorado Internal Control Minimum Procedures, Colorado Liquor and Beer Codes, Federal requirements for Anti-Money Laundering, Company Policies, and IRS reporting

Skills, Education and Other Requirements:

• Must have understanding of accounting procedures
• Must be knowledgeable of Gaming Regulations and Internal Control Minimum Procedures (ICMP’s) that affect Cage operations
• Must be familiar with basic computer operations
