Job summary

The Tohono O’odham Ki:Ki Association seeks a Maintenance Technician/ locksmith to install, repair, rekey, and maintain mechanical and electronic locking systems across TOKA properties. You will also perform general maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and more, ensuring security and building integrity.

Required are a high school diploma, locksmith training or equivalent, and 3–5 years of maintenance or locksmith experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Locksmith training program or technical certificate required.
• 3–5 years locksmith experience or equivalent training preferred.
• Experience developing or implementing key-control policies or tracking systems desired.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and replace mechanical locks, deadbolts, door hardware, and security devices.
• Rekey locks, cut keys, and maintain master key systems.
• Install and maintain electronic locks, keypad systems, and access control devices.
• Maintain secure storage and documentation of keys, fobs, and access cards.
• Perform maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and related systems.
• Respond to tenant lockouts and urgent security issues.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Construction, and Property Management teams.
