Job summary

PNC is seeking a Lockbox Processor (GOV) based in Cleveland, OH, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM. The role resides in AR Advantage Operations and involves processing remittances, reconciling transactions and ensuring workflow efficiency in an in-office environment.

Base salary ranges from $30,000 to $50,000, with geographic variations and performance-based incentives. No visa sponsorship is offered for this position, and the candidate will undergo background checks for

Qualifications

No university degree is required; equivalent experience may be considered.
Background checks are required for this government contract role.
Ability to perform data entry and basic processing tasks.

Responsibilities

Extract remittances and maintain productivity and quality levels.
Process and reconcile transactions per established policies and procedures.
Ensure materials, documentation and capacity are available to complete transactions; confirm equipment is operational.
Provide feedback on workflow and work received.
Review transactions and related documents to ensure completeness and accuracy against service levels.
