Job summary

PNC is hiring a Lockbox Processor for its AR Advantage Operations in Pittsburgh, PA. The role operates Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM, in-office with a focus on remittance extraction, transaction processing and quality control. No visa sponsorship is offered for this position.

Candidates should be detail-oriented, capable of data entry, and able to follow SOPs while contributing to workflow improvements. Prior university degree is not required.

Qualifications

• Strong accuracy with data entry and workflow processing.
• Ability to follow SOPs and improve existing processes.
• Attention to detail in transaction reconciliation and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Extracts remittances and maintains productivity/quality levels.
• Processes and reconciles transactions per policies and procedures.
• Ensures materials and equipment are available and operational.
• Provides feedback on workflow and work received.
• Reviews transactions for accuracy and policy conformance.
