Job summary

PNC’s Mount Laurel, NJ location seeks a Lockbox Processor within AR Advantage Operations to handle remittance extraction and transaction reconciliation. The role is in-office, with two possible schedules: Tue–Sat 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or Mon–Fri 2:30 PM–11:00 PM. No visa sponsorship is offered.

Primary duties include data entry, processing transactions, and ensuring accuracy and adherence to SOPs. The position emphasizes customer-focused service, risk management, and workflow feedback to maintain

Qualifications

• No university degree required; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Familiarity with data entry and basic accounting processes.
• Ability to follow SOPs and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Extracts remittances based on standard operating procedures. Responsible for maintaining specific productivity and quality levels. May require some machine operation and basic ten key skills.
• Processes and/or reconciles transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Ensures the appropriate materials, documentation and capacity are available to complete transactions. Confirms equipment is operational, if applicable.
• Provides feedback on workflow and work received.
• Reviews transactions and related documents and verifies work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy and conformance to established service levels and applicable policies and procedures.
