U.S. Bank is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a 12-person team in the National Lockbox operation. You will oversee daily processing, coach staff, monitor metrics, and ensure SLA adherence while resolving client issues and driving continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and several years of leadership experience in operations, with strong analytical and communication skills. This role requires on-site presence at a U.S.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily lockbox operations and ensure SLAs are met.
• Lead and develop a team of ~12 operations employees.

• Partner with internal lines to resolve client issues.
• Analyze data to identify root causes and implement solutions.
