Job summary

FNBO seeks an operations professional to assist in planning, prioritizing, and monitoring lockbox processing. You will act as a subject matter expert after mail is scanned and files are sent to customers, and help identify enhancements to procedures and systems used in the department.

Responsibilities include training team members, allocating resources to meet quality and deadlines, and supporting capacity planning with coaching.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business related field preferred.
• Supervisory/leadership experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, prioritizing, monitoring and reporting of lockbox processing.
• Act as subject matter expert on lockbox processing after mail is scanned and files are sent to customers.
• Identify training opportunities and coordinate training for team members.
• Direct and allocate team resources to meet quality and production deadlines.
• Provide input for capacity planning and scheduling, including PTO and coaching.
