Job summary

Qualifications

Purpose/Objective

Primary operator for lockbox document processing equipment to group, balance, scan and capture required information. Enter and locate transaction errors and discrepancies.

Key Accountabilities

• Complete all processing for lockbox customers
• Pick up mail as necessary from post office
• Complete Positive Pay reviews
• Complete Serial number search/corrections for Payroll customers
• Make adjustments/returns for Payroll
• Create PDF’s for ETI Drafts
• Process Bank by Mail – Teller Insight as necessary for lending areas
• Complete 386 Main St building mailroom functions
• Scan Work as required to FCM
• Complete Mobile and ATM daily reviews to assist Image Processors
• Processing of Canadian Items for Lockbox, RDC and Commercial customer, as well as processing of all fees for every Canadian item processed
• Backup Lockbox Manager for vacation coverage
• Ensures compliance with all banking laws, rules, regulations, and prescribed policies/practices/procedures necessary to reduce risk and uphold ethical standards related to and required by one’s duties.
