Job summary

Beacon Bank in Worcester, MA seeks a Primary operator for lockbox document processing equipment to group, balance, scan and capture required information. You will enter and locate transaction errors and discrepancies, supporting daily lockbox processing.

Responsibilities include opening mail, performing Positive Pay reviews, payroll item processing, creating PDFs for ETI drafts and ensuring compliance with banking laws and internal policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Banking experience.
• Good clerical and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete all processing for lockbox customers
• Pick up mail as necessary from post office
• Complete Positive Pay reviews
• Complete Serial number search/corrections for Payroll customers
• Make adjustments/returns for Payroll
• Create PDFs for ETI Drafts
• Process Bank by Mail – Teller Insight as necessary for lending areas
• Complete 386 Main St building mailroom functions
• Scan Work as required to FCM
• Complete Mobile and ATM daily reviews to assist Image Processors
• Processing of Canadian Items for Lockbox, RDC and Commercial customer, as well as processingofall fees for every Canadian item processed
• Ensures compliance with all banking laws, rules, regulations, and prescribed policies/practices/procedures necessary to reduce risk and uphold ethical standards related to and required by one’s duties.
