Job summary

First Interstate Bank is seeking a Lock Box Operations Program Associate I in Billings, MT or Bellevue, NE. You will support Treasury Management and Business Development by handling deposit processing, remittance payments, and related data entry to ensure accurate, prompt, and courteous service to customers with their deposit accounts.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Lock Box and/or Asset Based Lending services and sound judgment.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent client service.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Familiarize new businesses with Lock Box procedures and online resources.
• Maintain accurate business and customer data.
• Assist in setting up new business profiles in processing system.
• Process multiple transaction types with accuracy in a fast-paced setting.
• Ensure daily uploads of invoices and credit memos to Navigator.
• Open, extract, and process remittance payments for Lock Box clients.
• Handle client remittance data entry with accuracy per guidelines.
• Process client payments involving ePHI/PHI while following HIPAA policies.
• Identify risks and potential fraudulent activity.
