Qualifications

• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals.
• Write routine reports and correspondence.
• Explain information clearly to customers or colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate online banking enrollments to prevent risk and ensure correct account attachments.
• Manage bill pay maintenance and client notifications.
• Monitor online banking incidents and 360 View requests.
• Provide guidance to front-line staff on digital banking processes.
