Job summary

Wonder in New York is seeking an Assistant General Manager to own the four walls of the location, overseeing kitchen, service, fulfillment and customer experience. You will drive performance across shifts, optimize labor, and ensure brand standards while delivering top quality and speed.

You will coach hourly team members, manage KPIs like throughput and order accuracy, and partner with senior leadership on hiring, training, and new menu rollouts to support store growth.

Qualifications

• Experience running shift operations in food service or retail.
• Proven ability to manage labor plans and throughput KPIs.
• Knowledge of food safety and team safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Day-to-Day Operations across kitchen, service, and fulfillment.
• Optimize labor deployment and lead shift readiness.
