Reimagined Parking Inc. in New York City is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee multiple valet and garage parking operations. The role requires onsite work at various locations across the week and a strong focus on customer service, staff leadership, and profitability.

You will analyze location P&L, drive revenue, coordinate events, manage client relationships, and develop business opportunities while fostering a professional, high-performance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong focus on customer service and client satisfaction.
• Proficient in location profit and loss analysis.
• Demonstrated experience in revenue generation and direct marketing.
• Event management experience is a plus.
• Client relationship management skills.
