Job summary

Country Partners Cooperative, a full-service agricultural cooperative in central Nebraska, seeks a Location Manager for Bartlett, NE to oversee safety, operations, marketing and profitability of the location with emphasis on agronomy, energy, feed and grain.

Responsibilities include regulatory compliance, facility upkeep, inventory control, budget adherence, staff supervision, customer and employee relations, and coordinating branch marketing efforts to meet sales goals; occasional coverage as

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Supervisory responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, training, planning and directing work.
• Compliance with regulations and safety program leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, operations, marketing and profitability of the Bartlett location.
• Maintain clean, well-kept facilities and proper inventory levels.
• Manage budgeting to meet expense and profit goals and coordinate branch marketing.
• Supervise employees, maintain customer and employee relations, and cover staffing as needed.
• Oversee agronomy business, facilities and people at location.
