Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in hospitality, sales, or administrative positions.
• Strong interpersonal communication, writing, and grammar skills.
• Flexible schedule and weekend availability.
• Able to use CRM and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client relations and address member needs.
• Handle first-line sales tasks: tours, inquiries, follow-ups.
• Document interactions in CRM and project management software.
• Perform daily office duties and front desk tasks.
• Provide light tech support and setup spaces for events.
