Archdiocese of Milwaukee is seeking a Location Manager for the Mary Mother of the Church Pastoral Center in St. Francis, WI.

You will lead all location staff across sales, grounds, maintenance, and administration, ensuring compliant, high‑quality service aligned with archdiocesan mission. Responsibilities include directing daily location meetings, coaching teams, managing budgets, stakeholder relations, and ensuring safe work practices while upholding the Archdiocese Code of Ethics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, management, or related field required.
• Minimum of three years supervisory experience, including coaching and motivating teams.
• On-site work at St. Joseph Cemetery-S22 W22890 Broadway. Waukesha, WI 53186.

Responsibilities

• Lead & manage all staff to archdiocese service standards.
• Oversee service operations team.
• Ensure compliance with archdiocese policies and laws.
• Maintain safe and healthy working environment per ethics and policies.
• Develop location staff capabilities and positive work culture.
• Lead daily location meetings and address issues.
• Coach Family Sales Advisors, Grounds and Maintenance, and admin staff.
• Manage community stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure processes meet budget and service goals.
