Job summary

Archdiocese of Milwaukee seeks a Location Manager for Cemeteries to lead staff, ensure top service standards, and manage operations at St. Joseph Cemetery in Waukesha. The role requires directing sales, grounds, and admin teams while upholding Archdiocese policies and a safe environment.

The position is full-time, onsite, with occasional evenings/weekends and travel to parishes within the archdiocese. Strong leadership, planning, and communications are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, management, or related field
• Minimum of three years supervisory experience including coaching and motivating teams

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all staff to achieve service standards and the Family Experience
• Oversee the service operations team at the location
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and Archdiocese policies
• Maintain a safe, ethical working environment per Code of Ethics
• Implement Archdiocesan culture initiatives
• Build capability and productivity of location staff
• Lead daily location meetings and resolve issues
• Coach Family Sales Advisors, Grounds/Maintenance, and administraion staff
• Manage community stakeholder relations
• Administer processes to meet budget and service goals
