Job summary

Archdiocese of Milwaukee is seeking a Location Manager for the St. Joseph Cemetery site in Waukesha, WI. You will lead the location staff to deliver exceptional service, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage daily operations within the cemetery.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of supervisory experience. Occasional travel and a valid driver’s license are required, with full-time in-person work at the St. Joseph Cemetery site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, management, or related field required.
• Minimum of three years supervisory experience including coaching and motivating teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all staff to service standards and processes; ensure a superior Family Experience.
• Oversee service operations team and vendor management.
• Ensure compliance with legal/safety requirements and archdiocese policies.
• Foster a safe, ethical work environment and staff development.
• Build capability and lead location staff across functions.
• Run daily location meetings and address needs and issues.
• Coach and supervise Family Sales Advisors, Grounds/Maintenance, and admin staff.
• Lead community stakeholder management and budget/service goals.
• Provide effective administration of processes to meet goals.
