Job summary

Archdiocese of Milwaukee is seeking a Location Manager to lead cemetery operations at St. Joseph Cemetery in Waukesha, WI. This full-time, in-person role reports to the Cemeteries Director and drives family-friendly service standards.

You will coach Sales Advisors, Grounds and Maintenance staff, and admin personnel, while aligning with budget goals and archdiocesan processes. Occasional travel and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in sales, marketing, management, or related field.
• Minimum of three years supervisory experience, including coaching and motivating teams.
• On-site work at St. Joseph Cemetery, Waukesha, WI.
• Occasional travel within the Archdiocese of Milwaukee.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Occasional lifting up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all staff to meet archdiocesan service standards and processes.
• Oversee service operations team and ensure a superior Family Experience.
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and archdiocese policies.
