Job summary

The Location Manager will lead a diverse team across lodging, dining, and guest services, driving service excellence and business initiatives in a dynamic destination setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hospitality management experience.
• Experience in lodging, food & beverage, retail, guest services, or events preferred.
• Hotel, resort, historic property, or destination hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; QuickBooks experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day hotel operations and maintain high standards of guest service.
• Pursue and manage events, oversee special projects, and support other property initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and mentor employees while supporting recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and team development.
• Manage staff scheduling and ensure appropriate coverage across departments.
• Support financial functions including revenue reconciliation, deposits, petty cash, and invoice processing.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally and work with department leaders on solutions.
• Regularly walk the property to identify maintenance, service, and operational improvement opportunities.
• Maintain a visible presence with guests and employees and promote a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Follow company safety, incident reporting, quality, and environmental standards.
• Partner closely with the company leadership to achieve operational and guest service goals.
