Job summary

TalentHop is seeking an Associate Manager, Digital Content Quality and Localization to ensure high-quality localized digital content across markets. You will manage localization workflows, maintain content standards, and support regional initiatives improving search-to-checkout experiences.

You will lead localization of web content, product pages, and campaigns; develop style guides; review translations for accuracy and cultural relevance; coordinate with vendors and teams to optimize pipelines

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Proven localization project management experience.
  • Strong cross-cultural communication abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead localization of web content, product pages, and digital assets across regions.
  • Manage translation QA to meet accuracy, tone, and brand standards.
  • Develop localization style guides, glossaries, and benchmarks.
  • Review translated content for linguistic accuracy and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate with language service providers and internal teams on pipelines.
  • Identify local market challenges and partner with regional teams to resolve them.
  • Serve as PM contact for regional localization initiatives.
  • Monitor content and functionality to flag gaps impacting customers.
  • Support regionalization efforts including currency and date formats.
  • Coordinate with teams on metadata and keywords for search.

About the Opportunity:

The Associate Manager, Digital Content Quality and Localization is responsible for ensuring the quality and cultural relevance of localized digital content across regional markets. This role contributes to enhancing the customer journey by managing localization workflows, maintaining content standards, and supporting regional initiatives that improve user experience from search to checkout.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead localization of web content, product pages, promotional campaigns, and digital assets across supported regions and languages
  • Manage translation quality assurance to meet accuracy, tone, and brand standards
  • Develop and maintain localization style guides, glossaries, and quality benchmarks
  • Review and audit translated content for linguistic accuracy and cultural appropriateness
  • Collaborate with language service providers and internal teams to manage localization pipelines
  • Partner with regional teams to identify and resolve local market experience challenges
  • Serve as project management contact for regional localization initiatives
  • Monitor regional content and functionality to flag gaps affecting customers
  • Support regionalization efforts including currency, date formats, and compliance
  • Coordinate with teams on search functionalities such as metadata and keywords
  • Oversee product content quality, including titles, descriptions, and imagery
  • Identify and resolve product content issues impacting discoverability and conversion
  • Provide status updates and reports on localization projects and KPIs
  • Implement quality control processes to maintain project integrity
Requirements:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills across cultures and international stakeholders
  • In-depth knowledge of localization and translation workflows and quality assurance
  • Adaptability to shifting projects and ability to manage multiple regions simultaneously
  • Problem-solving skills to address regional experience friction points
  • Team leadership capabilities to motivate cross-functional, cross-regional teams
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Cultural awareness of regional market differences
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; Google Business Suite preferred
  • Minimum 2 to 5 years in localization project management, digital content management, or related field
  • Proven experience managing multilingual content programs and international markets
  • Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, International Business, Project Management, or related field
