Job summary

TalentHop is seeking an Associate Manager, Digital Content Quality and Localization to ensure high-quality localized digital content across markets. You will manage localization workflows, maintain content standards, and support regional initiatives improving search-to-checkout experiences.

You will lead localization of web content, product pages, and campaigns; develop style guides; review translations for accuracy and cultural relevance; coordinate with vendors and teams to optimize pipelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Proven localization project management experience.
• Strong cross-cultural communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead localization of web content, product pages, and digital assets across regions.
• Manage translation QA to meet accuracy, tone, and brand standards.
• Develop localization style guides, glossaries, and benchmarks.
• Review translated content for linguistic accuracy and cultural fit.
• Coordinate with language service providers and internal teams on pipelines.
• Identify local market challenges and partner with regional teams to resolve them.
• Serve as PM contact for regional localization initiatives.
• Monitor content and functionality to flag gaps impacting customers.
• Support regionalization efforts including currency and date formats.
• Coordinate with teams on metadata and keywords for search.
