Job summary

Okta is seeking a hands-on Globalization Software Engineer to architect and maintain our internal localization automation infrastructure. You will own the localization tech stack, build automation workflows, and integrate TMS ecosystems with content repositories and CI/CD pipelines, primarily coding in Python.

• Hands-on software engineer with autonomy and no direct technical manager.
• Strong Python programming and API integration skills.
• Experience building automation frameworks and CI/CD workflows.
• Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs and machine translation pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain the localization automation framework using Python and REST APIs.
• Serve as the sole software engineering authority for localization stack architecture.
• Integrate LLM APIs and Custom MT pipelines into automation workflows.
